Welcome to NYC Black Limo Pro! This document governs your use of our limousine service, booking system, website, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided

NYC Black Limo Pro offers high-end limousine transportation services in New York City and surrounding areas. We provide a variety of luxury vehicles for personal, corporate, or special event transportation.

2. Booking and Reservations

  • Booking Process: Reservations for services must be made through our website, by phone, or via email. A valid credit card is required to confirm the booking.
  • Confirmation: Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation email detailing the service, vehicle, date, and time. You are responsible for reviewing this information for accuracy.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the total fare. Cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will be Free of charge and we will refund you the full amount.
  • Changes to Booking: Changes to the booking, including time or vehicle type, must be made at least 6 hours in advance. Subject to availability, additional charges may apply.
  • AIRPORT ARRIVALS: Inside pick up for Sedan and SUVs will cost you $35 additional. Inside pick up for Stretch Limousines $50, Vans $80 and $150 for Buses. 30 min free waiting time for Domestic Flights while 60min for international flights. Additional waiting time will cost you as, Sedan/SUVs $1 a min, Vans $1.5 a min and all others $150 an hour.
  • WAITING/STOPS: 10 minutes free waiting time for any non-airport pick up. Additional waiting time will cost you as, Sedan/SUVs $1 a min, Vans $1.5 a min. A 10/15 minute stop on your way to the destination will have $20 more on the reservation; any stop exceeding it will have a price as per waiting time.
  • DAMAGES/CLEANING: Additional charges may be applied if any damages applied or an event occurrence where cleaning is required. The amount will be determined by the serving driver assigned for your reservation.

3. Payment Terms

Tolls, Gratuities, and Other Fees: Any applicable tolls, parking fees, airport surcharges, or driver gratuities are not included in the base price and will be added to the final payment.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Conduct: Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and safe manner while using the service. No illegal or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated. NYC Black Limo Pro reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger engaging in disruptive or unsafe behavior.
  • Alcohol and Drugs: Consumption of alcohol is allowed in the vehicle only for passengers of legal drinking age, subject to local laws. The use of illegal drugs or substances is strictly prohibited.
  • Damages: Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the trip. This includes spills, stains, breakages, or any other damage to the interior or exterior of the vehicle.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Service Availability: While we make every effort to provide timely and reliable transportation, NYC Black Limo Pro is not liable for delays or interruptions in service caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, traffic, or accidents.
  • Personal Items: NYC Black Limo Pro is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle. Passengers should ensure that they have all belongings before exiting the vehicle.
  • Indemnity: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NYC Black Limo Pro from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your use of our services.

6. Privacy and Data Security

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is set out in detail below this section. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

7. Force Majeure

NYC Black Limo Pro shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of services due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, accidents, strikes, or any government actions.

8. Amendments to Terms

NYC Black Limo Pro reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to the Terms will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any updates.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any dispute arising from the use of our services shall be resolved in the courts located in New York County, New York.

You have to submit an authorization form filled and signed by you, attached with a copy of your credit card and driving license, when your reservation exceeds $200. Otherwise just reply to the email with the text that “I agree with the terms and conditions and authorize NYC Black Limo Pro to charge for the services”
